This hotel was real value for money, I think. Sincerely, it was a memorable stay at the Astoria convenience and value for money. The romantic room was lovely with a balcony and beautiful lamps plus comfortable bed.
Their staff were horrible.

Compact and airy room with a functional bathroom. Wonderful incredible location, within walking distance of the train station. Based really close to several beautiful old churches and cloisters, botanical gardens and restaurants. The hotel of choice in Coimbra.

Delightful and wonderful units with wraparound view and vintage Art Deco furnishings plus a lovely bedroom. The staff - marvellous and wonderful.
Wi-Fi was terrible.

Thank you for a delightful stay. The breakfast choices are very very good with omelette, many options in a great salon and fresh bread.

Climate control, Wi-Fi, and a lounge area available in the romantic room. Nice sized bathroom with bathtub. Classic old building, marvellous location so close to good restaurants, the common areas, and Rua Ferreira Borges, the main shopping street, with most of the tourist sights and plenty of restaurants a short walk away.

Lovely stay, we were there for 4 days. The location was magnificent very close to the old town area, very close to a Portuguese public university. Further, it was next to the railway station and old town and the many attractions like the Santa Cruz Monastery.

I asked for guest room, it was silent and wonderfully decorated. Close to the train station, the location was magnificent and amazing, close to a river walk. I had some drinks at Fangas, positioned 300 metres away...

A step back in time to a period of faded elegance. The interior exudes the charm of a bygone era, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The views over the river are breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room. Although the furniture showed signs of age, it added to the overall character of the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although it could have used more choices for vegetarians. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique atmosphere and convenient location.
